1915-1986 John Becker’s works have been included in the damask collection since 1958 and WILD ROSE, which was launched in 1966, is one of the oldest designs in the collection. The longstanding collaboration with GEORG JENSEN DAMASK resulted in a wide range of looks – from romantic to geometric. In parallel, John Becker undertook numerous design assignments for famous Danish companies and institutions. He also wrote the books Damask and Drill, The History of Table Linen in Denmark and Pattern and Loom.
